At 1, Do young Asians need lessons in how to speak properly? Unemployed graduates in East London are being given a crash course in getting jobs and succeeding in interviews. Fastlaners is government funded and gives its students voice training, advice on what to wear and help with making contacts within big businesses. Do Asians need a leg up? Do you need to change the way you talk in order to impress employers? Or should they employ you based on what you can do and experience?
