Series following the Children's Acute Transport Service. The team get a call to a 14-year-old rower who has had a heart attack and needs to be moved to Great Ormond Street.

The new series following the life-saving work of the medics of a mobile intensive care service for children continues. The highly specialised emergency teams from the Children's Acute Transport Service, CATS, make sure critically ill children who need intensive care get it, wherever they are.

The team get a call to a 14-year-old rower who has had a heart attack and needs to be moved to Great Ormond Street for urgent examination and intensive care. They revive a newborn baby who suddenly stops breathing; and have to put a 6-week-old baby on a breathing machine because an infection is attacking her lungs.
