Clare Teal presents the 大象传媒 Big Band in concert with tenor saxophonist Joe Lovano, recorded at the 2007 Brecon Jazz Festival.
Joe Lovano is one of the jazz world's most highly acclamimed soloists and composers. In this concert, he and the 大象传媒 Big Band perform his own compositions including Emperor Jones (dedicated to drummer Elvin Jones), Viva Caruso and Cymbalism along with standards by Jimmy McHugh (Say it Over & Over Again) and George Gershwin (Embraceable You).
