Silla Carron has been credited with turning around her London council estate from one of the worst in the city, to one of the best. She's driven out drug dealers, taken on troublemakers and raised more than five million pounds to improve conditions on her Camden estate, earning her the nickname 'the pocket rocket'.

Silla takes up the challenge of transforming a Bristol estate that's lost its sense of community. Silla arrives in Bristol to find a neglected estate, with residents hiding behind locked doors, too frightened to make their voices heard. Silla is shocked by the apathy and sense of despair.
