The team visit Liz and Neil Capper, who live in a beautiful little cottage in Norfolk. It was always Neil who did the DIY and the tough jobs around the house but following several back operations he has been reduced to walking with crutches and can no longer do those difficult tasks. To make matters worse their bedroom is up a tiny staircase with no ensuite bathroom. Making those little uncomfortable trips in the night are a real endurance for Neil on his crutches. Time for the trusty team to come to the rescue. Julia takes note of Liz's love of all things French and designs a fantastic bedroom and bathroom in a 'Provence' style. Meanwhile Nick gets a bit moody at the huge tiling job he has to do and Jules frets about his weight. Then out of the blue the building inspector arrives and she wants to check on Billy's work! Could this be the first DIY SOS to be shut down by the authorities!
