John Barrowman hosts a night of surprises and magical moments as he makes dreams come true for some special people. A young lad from Walsall dreams of dancing with world-famous dance crew Diversity, and together they deliver an amazing studio performance; a mum of three, who has done plenty for charity, duets with her idol, superstar Dionne Warwick; and John arranges for Lee Mead from hit musical Wicked to help twins from Wales achieve their dream of performing a song in memory of their friend. With show-stopping performances from John, Tonight's the Night is what dreams are made of.
