Scotland's premier neo-classical sculptor, he is the man who made the figures of Adam Smith and David Hume for Edinburgh's Royal Mile, Robert Burns for Kilmarnock and the beautiful Robert Louis Stevenson memorial on the capital's Corstorphine.
