Musical director Tim Rhys Evans and ten members of Only Men Aloud have set up an ambitious project: to convince 200 boys aged 14 to 19 years old to sing in a choir called Only Boys Aloud at the National Eisteddfod in just three months' time.

As the aftermath of the rehearsals settles, some of the boys have decided to take a step further in the choir. Will they manage to impress Tim? As the first full rehearsal approaches, everyone is anxious to see what shape the choir is in. With time ticking, have the boys learnt the words and music ready for the main rehearsal?
