Margaret Ann Cummings' son Mark was killed by a known paedophile in Glasgow. This has led to Mark's law which will be enforced in Scotland later this year. But she doesn't think either Sarah's law or Mark's law go far enough and wants full disclousre of child sex offenders to be made available to parents.
