It's Feelgood Friday with Alex on The Best Time of the Day Show, the best way to start the weekend with brilliant music and hilarious chat. Album & Record of the Week included also.

It's the best way to start your weekend by tuning into the Best Time of the Day Show with Alex. Every Friday is a Feelgood Friday which means even more great tunes and inspired daftness to keep you happy through the night. It is also the final day of National Boredom Week, more stories of gut-wrenching boredom to make you laugh. There is another opportunity to swap your fingers for the food of your choice in the thread, Food Fingers, plus there is another Pause for Thought at 3.20am and the 4.15 One-Off Canteen opens its door for the final time this week.
From Lester's Library there is a great new track from Lloyd Cole, and a track from King Biscuit Boy, while the Listener's Library track is one from Electric Light Orchestra. There is a classic Earth, Wind and Fire song from Album of the Week and another chance to hear Record of the Week by Phil Collins. Expect the unexpected on this show and you will still be in for a surprise.
