Johnnie Walker is live at the Vintage at Goodwood festival, celebrating the 70s on 大象传媒 Radio 2.

Founded by designer Wayne Hemingway and Lord March, Vintage at Goodwood is the first festival to celebrate music, fashion, art and design and British Cool from the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s. The Vintage site will host a pop up high street brimming with designer brands, bars and cafes, a cinema, hundreds of cool cars and the largest vintage clothes market ever assembled. There will also be 80 live performances from heritage artists including Earth, Wind & Fire and The Damned; 85 pioneering DJs; 5 on-site nightclubs and a roller disco.

Johnnie will talk to some of the 70s stars appearing at the festival, including Alvin Stardust and The Faces, who've reformed especially for the event with an all-new line-up of Ronnie Wood, Ian McLagan, Kenney Jones, Mick Hucknall and Glen Matlock.

He'll reminisce with festival goers, artists and experts about everything 70s, from fashion, music, art, design, cars, glitter balls and platforms to naff wallpaper. He'll also visit the Soul Casino which houses a replica mid-70s ballroom complete with wooden dance floor, where archive footage, vintage memorabilia and posters adorn the walls.

The festival is sure to attract legions of 70s fans and Johnnie will talk to them about their love of the decade. In keeping with the retro spirit at Vintage, all festival attendees are required to wear fancy dress which will make it quite easy for Johnnie to spot them!

Listeners are also invited to e-mail the show and share their memories of the 70s, live on the show.
