Petroc talks to polymath composer Meredith Monk live from Edinburgh and then to harpsichordist Richard Egarr and countertenor Michael Chance, from Snape Maltings in Aldeburgh where they're preparing a young cast for a performance of Handel's Saul. There is live music in the studio from John Myerscough (cello) and Alasdair Beatson (piano), who will feature in the chamber concerts which are part of Manchester's Pride festival.
