Adam Henson joins the race to get peas picked in Lincolnshire, and meets the biggest bird seed supplier in the UK. Meanwhile, Ellie Harrison learns the language of bees.
Adam Henson is in Lincolnshire, an agricultural stronghold where the fertile soil is particularly good for growing vegetables. But it's peas that Adam is interested in as he joins the race to get them picked. He also meets the farmer who's now the biggest bird seed supplier in the UK, and Ellie learns the language of bees.
Meanwhile, John Craven investigates why rural communities across the UK are at war with the opencast coal industry, and Jules Hudson takes to the skies to mark the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.
