Richard Bacon presents from Newcastle's Centre for Life as part of 5 live's Septemberfest.

Les Dennis, who's currently starring in Hairspray at the Sunderland Empire, tells us about his time as host of Family Fortunes and his experience in the Celebrity Big Brother house. Richard is also joined by Dani Harmer, who plays the title character in C大象传媒's Tracy Beaker, which is filmed in Newcastle.

There's a special Great North Run version of Richard's regular Thursday feature "Help", with practical advice from 800m runner Jenny Meadows local experts for runners and anyone who wants tips on getting fit. Plus in the second hour, live music from local band Maximo Park.
