Steve catches up with Fight Like Apes, his New Favorite Band, plus there's a Good Day Bad Day caller talking about their musical history and we set up another National Anthem.

It's the middle of the week which can only mean another of New Favourite Band of Steve's in the studio. Irish rock band Fight Like Apes join Steve as he finds out about their new second album, The Body of Christ and the Legs of Tina Turner.

Lammo will also be chatting with another Good Day Bad Day caller to find out about their musical history. There's another National Anthem and amazing music from the likes of Faithless, Foals and Frank Turner.
