The Scarlets host Aironi Rugby under the Friday night lights at the Parc y Scarlet stadium. Aironi, one of Italy's new super teams, was formed in 2010 and is based in Viadana, Northern Italy, encompassing clubs from the Lombardia and Emilia-Romagna regions. Aironi is captained by Kiwi Josh Sole, who will be joined in the Aironi pack by Italian international lock Marco Bortolami. The Scarlets will be hoping to show the Italian side why the West Wales region has such a rich rugby history. Meanwhile, Welsh fans will be hoping to see the best from the Scarlets' star studded, ever-dangerous back line and the likes of Stephen Jones, Regan King, Morgan Stoddart and the recently capped young scrum half Tavis Knoyle.
