We talk Labour leaders and the shadow cabinet, as Ed Miliband's leadership win sinks in with delegates at the party conference. Joining us, Jermaine Atiyah-Allah, the Labour candidate for the new Newton Abbot seat in Devon at the last election, and Jonathan Reynolds, the new MP for Stalybridge and Hyde, and a supporter of Ed's brother David.
There's an insight into life in North Korea from a journalist who lost his minder and looked round the back streets. David McNeill went into the country pretending to be a tourist (3h 25m). We also hear from Hazel Smith, professor of security and resilience at Cranfield, and John Everard, who's served as Britain's ambassador to the country.
With the Commonwealth Games imminent, two members of the England lawn bowls team share their experiences of Delhi. Sian Gordon and Mark Bantock had to clean their part of the athletes' village themselves.
And Pakistan is threatening to retaliate, after Nato-led forces in eastern Afghanistan launched an airstrike into the country, killing at least 49 insurgents. Ismail Khan joins us from Pakistan's English language newspaper The Dawn.
