Can being wrong ever be right? Kathryn Shulz author of 'Being Wrong. Adventures in the Margin of Error', debates the issue with columnist Johann Hari. Helen Castor explores the power of the medieval queens and we look at how the family courts deal with children after divorce. The Family Justice Review has just finished it's public consultation, with their recommendations to be published next year. We consider whether claims that the current system is biased against fathers and damaging to children have any basis.
