The solicitor Gareth Peirce made her name representing the likes of the Birmingham Six and the Guildford Four. As her first book is published, she reflects on her views on justice post 9/11. And, Elizabeth David was one of the most acclaimed cookery writers of the 20th century. So what makes an influential cook?
