As the 大象传媒 Symphony Orchestra celebrates its 80th anniversary, Afternoon on 3 continues with its week of performances by the Orchestra and its twelve Chief Conductors since 1930. In the 1970s and 1980s Pierre Boulez, Rudolf Kempe, Gennadi Rozhdestvensky and Sir John Pritchard each contributed to the Orchestra's kaleidoscope of repertoire and styles. Presented by Louise Fryer.
