Consumer series with Lucy and Rhodri Owen. Rachel Treadaway-Williams helps customers of a seriously slow flooring company who have been waiting months for orders to be delivered.

If you order a carpet or flooring from one of the UK's biggest suppliers, you may expect to wait a couple of days or maybe a few weeks to get what you asked for. But X-Ray has heard from customers of a company who have had to wait much longer and found getting a refund is an uphill battle. Rachel meets customer Glyn Williams from Pontardawe who paid for a solid oak floor from his local store in June but still hadn't received it by September.

It's a little-known fact that Wales is full of prize-winning inventions. Comedian Chris Corcoran thinks he's come up with a great labour-saving gadget, but doesn't know what to do to get it on the market. Chris finds out what he needs to do to join the ranks of successful Welsh inventors.
