Olympic 100m butterfly champion Libby Trickett has come out of retirement but not in time for these Games, which could leave the way clear for her fellow Australian Jessicah Schipper to retain her Commonwealth title. Her opponents could include England's in-form Fran Halsall. Australia also have high hopes of Eamon Sullivan in the men's 100m freestyle.
