Should the UK be proud to provide overseas aid? The International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell told 5 live Breakfast earlier that it is morally right for the aid budget to rise by a third - and it is in the UK's own self-interest. But do you agree?

Max Lawson from Oxfam tells us it's criminal that some governments don't do more for their people, but we can't sit by and watch their people suffering. But Alec Van Gelder, Director of the Trade and Development Programme at the International Policy Network, says we're giving out the aid in completely the wrong way, and creating dependancy with our hand outs.
