Coverage continues with the concluding stages of the men's cycling road race. Australian Mathew Hayman upstaged the favourites in Melbourne in 2006 - who will be claiming the spoils in Delhi?
With the swimming events now finished, attention at the SPM Aquatics Centre switches to diving. The first three medals are decided as the competition gets under way. The day's three finals include the men's 1m springboard in which Australia's Matthew Mitcham, who won bronze at the World Championships in Rome in 2009, will be among the favourites.
There are also nine athletics titles decided this afternoon, but all eyes will be on South African world champion Caster Semenya in the semi-finals of the women's 800m.
The cream of the Caribbean's sprinters are expected to dominate the men's and women's 200m finals, while Welshman Dai Greene is favourite to add the Commonwealth title to his European 400m hurdles gold.
There is also tennis, bowls, boxing and weightlifting coverage.
