Sir Jeremy Greenstock talks to Kate about Wikileaks, the situation in Iraq and Afghanistan as well as the spending review, and why he's talking to Hamas.

Sir Jeremy Greenstock, the UK's former ambassador to the UN, is Kate's main guest. He condemns the publication of hundreds of thousands of US military documents about Iraq, but says that the Americans must look very closely at how their forces have behaved.

Sir Jeremy also talks about his work with the NGO Forward Thinking, who are trying to re-engage Hamas with the Middle East peace talks.

Also on the programme, news on the warning by the head of the Charity Commission, Dame Suzi Leather, that spending cuts could result in the voluntary sector in England and Wales losing around 拢5 billion.
