Students, parents and academics at Manchester University react to tuition fee plans. And Jenny Culshaw has the business news from Heathrow Airport, to talk airline pilot training.
Tony opens his programme from Manchester Metropolitan Student Union bar, as the government confirms that universities in England will be able to charge tuition fees of up to 拢9,000 per year. He talks to students, parents, academic staff and a Liberal Democrat MP about the plans.
