It's time for the first Half-Time Hooter on The Best Time of the Day Show with The Dark Lord himself, Alex Lester. Expect a night of oddball conversation and great music. This morning, Alex is still cutting the costs but doubling the fun with "Split Not Quit"; join him and UB20, Heaven 8.5 and one and a half blind mice. In "Hark at my Landmark" we are celebrating those landmarks that will never make the brochures. New for today, we are paying tribute to those lovingly - yet misguided - hand-crafted gifts we have received from "The Family Santa". From Lester's Library there is a track from The Black Angels and one from Elvis Costello. The Listener's Library track is a forgotten gem by Human Beinz. There is also another track from Album of the Week by Take That, and Record of the Week from Cee Lo Green. Expect the unexpected, and you are still in for a surprise.
