European finance ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss a new stability plan for the Eurozone's troubled economies. The FSA wants affordability tests on every mortgage.

European finance ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss a new stability plan for the Eurozone's troubled economies.
Under its mortgage market review, the Financial Services Authority wants to force the industry to check that mortgage applicants do actually earn what they say they earn on their application form - and to run detailed affordability tests on every mortgage.
ITV's expected to announce a big rise in advertising revenues.
And the consumer price index is expected to show prices still rising at more than the government's target rate of 2%.
