Victoria speaks to gunman Raoul Moat's father Peter Blake, who says he thinks police wanted his son dead.
Moat had never met his father - his parents split up before he was born - and it's claimed his final words before taking his life were: "I've no dad, no one cares about me."
Do short term exclusions work? A new study says they're ineffective and that badly behaved pupils should instead be banned from mainstream school for twelve months.
