Joe Crowley goes on a journey through Kent.

He starts in Whitstable, where he joins one of the town's oyster fishermen on the beach, before sampling the perfect specimen at one of the town's oyster bars.

In the village of Ham, Joe goes on the trail of the beavers, then heads for the coast again to visit Margate, a seaside town that may be making a comeback.

Joe ends his journey in the town's mysterious Grotto, an underground cave festooned with countless thousands of shells.
