Would you question a marriage which involved a person with learning disabilities? Plus Ayesha Patel from Career Academies UK talks to Nihal. And should you criticise your boss?

At 1, Nihal will be asking 'Would you question a marriage which involved a person with learning disabilities?'

One in five forced marriages involves someone with learning disabilities and the Forced Marriages Unit is about to launch a guide on how to spot signs of abuse. But would you question a marriage like this? Do you think a marriage where one person has a learning disability - autism for example - can really work when communication can be limited.

At 2, Ayesha Patel from the charity Career Academies UK will be here to talk about A Capital Experience an event which is aimed at helping those young people struggling to find employment and give them an insight into the working world.

Then at 2.30, Are you foolish or brave if you criticise your boss openly?

An Indian MP has resigned after his critical comments about party leaders were aired on a TV channel. Have you ever told your manager or your boss that you don't approve of their management style? Would you tell other colleagues how you feel about your boss? Or do you think that being two-faced in the office is the best policy to apply?
