Jez Nelson is joined by John Fordham and Kevin LeGendre to review the year in UK jazz, with music recorded live in concert from Django Bates, Billy Jenkins, Norma Winstone and Finn Peters and tracks from the best 2010 album releases. This is the first of two programmes looking back at jazz over the past 12 months: next week the focus will be on international jazz musicians.
