The US government is to sue BP over the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico; and 7.7 million music fans download music illegally according to a new report.

The US government has announced it's to sue British oil giant BP and eight other companies for billions of pounds for allegedly breaking federal safety regulations that led to the Gulf of Mexico oil spill earlier this year. We speak to Dr Greg Stone, the director of coastal institute studies at the Louisiana State University, about what the US Government is seeking to achieve.
European heads of state including the Prime Minister, David Cameron, are meeting in Brussels today and on Wednesday one of the big ratings agencies puts Spain in its danger list. The programme hears from Marie Diron, Senior Economic Advisor to Ernst and Young, about why we should be more concerned with Spain than with those countries that have had problems in the eurozone before it.
The government is likely to announce changes to the electricity market to give it one of its biggest shake-ups since it was privatised in 1990s. We talk to David Porter, chief executive of the Association of Electricity Producers.
