Keeping you away from the land of nod, expect Alex to play only the best selection of music interspersed with hilarious conversation. This morning, as well as tales of why you're feeling good, Alex discusses watching football in 3D in the pub and fills up the Nost-Drat-And-Darn-Us calendar with more of your suggestions of the year's predictions in pictorial form.
