Is sexism just for men?
As Andy Gray is sacked from Sky, aren't women also sexist towards men? Nicky Campbell takes your calls.
Andy Gray has been sacked by Sky Sports for making sexist comments to fellow presenter Charlotte Jackson. The law's pretty clear on this - it's called sexism in the workplace, and it's banned.
But is it a one way street? Are women, in reality, subject to the same rules as men when it comes to sexism?
Jane Moore gets the debate going by suggesting Charlotte Jackson cannot pose for lads' mag photos and expect to be taken seriously as a presenter.
We also speak to feminist Laurie Penny who gives us the other side of the argument - she says the very idea that men suffer sexism is nonsensical.
Callers include men who've experienced sexism in the workplace and find man-bashing TV shows offensive.
