Brian Paddick on getting to the bottom of the phone hacking claims. John McCririck on why shouting constitutes domestic abuse. And we're live at the top of The Shard.
Presented by Nicky Campbell and Shelagh Fogarty.
Were reporters hacking phones as recently as 2010? In a compelling interview at the start of hour three, Brian Paddick expresses his determination to get to the bottom of the police investigation into phone hacking by reporters. And Robert Peston shares his personal experience of phone tapping reporters when he worked in papers, at the start of hour two.
Also on the programme, the parents of a young boy saved from a pitbull by a passer-by say the man who rescued their son is a hero. Lawal Alhadi broke down the door when he heard the boy's screams. He tells Shelagh Fogarty all about it, in the final hour.
John McCririck tells us why he supports new guidelines stating that shouting at your partner constitutes domestic abuse.
In sport, Birmingham manager Alex McLeish celebrates his team's Wembley date.
In showbiz, Amanda Burton celebrates Waterloo Road's surprise win at last night's National TV Awards.
And our reporter Stephen Chittenden gets exclusive access to the top of The Shard, the UK's tallest skyscraper, being built near London Bridge.
