Miriam O'Reilly speaks to Victoria about ageism in television.
The television presenter - fired from her job on Countryfile when it hit primetime scheduling and advised to seek cosmetic help - recently won a landmark ruling accepting she was a victim of age discrimination.
Miriam reveals she's not the only one worried about ageism, and explains why she refused to negotiate a settlement.
