The Consumer watchdog Which? is launching a super complaint against high surcharges for customers paying for goods and services with a debit or credit card. Ryanair has hit back at the accusations, saying that it 'does not levy any credit or debit card payment 'surcharges''. Who is telling the truth? The Financial Services Compensation Scheme is under fire from one of the financial service industry's big hitters. The FSCS is a fund set up to compensate consumers who lose out when a financial company goes bust. However, independent financial advisors Hargreaves Lansdowne are angry at the size of the bill they got last month - 拢3 million. The programme hears from Ian Gorham, chief executive of Hargreaves Lansdowne.
