At 1, Is it irresponsible for a GP to tell a patient to have babies before she's 35?
A friend of the team visited her GP for something unrelated to pregnancy and in the course of the appointment the GP told her she should try and have children before she reached her mid-30s. She was shocked and later quite scared about the situation - should she be panicking?
With so many women now leaving pregnancy until their 30's, does this give the impression that it's easy? Or are some doctors right to say it is better NOT to leave it so late? Have you been made to feel guilty for having children in your 30's? Do you think couples really know the risks about getting pregnant later, or if you believe some of the online advice - the risks are exaggerated.
