This week's programme is target-driven, and asks what bonuses can do for business. Are they related to performance, and how best can they work - not just for investment bankers, but for any executive and any employee? The programme hears how people are better motivated by financial penalties than incentives, and even that bonuses can be bad for your health.
Taking part on this week's programme are -: John McGuire from the Phoenix Car Company; Professor Brian Main from Edinburgh University; Tim Gilbert from the Ambition recruitment companyand Charles Cotton of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
