Do you object to your children learning about other religions at school? Plus we have our medical guru Dr Pritpal Ruprai for all your medical questions.
At 1- Do you object to your children learning about other religions at school?
In these multicultural times do you think its right that your child is taught about other religions, apart from yours, by the state? We're asking because four muslim men have been convicted of GBH with intent after they attacked a Religious Education teacher in east London with iron bars and knives. The court was played a tape where they blamed the victim for "teaching other religions to our sisters" other than islam.
We're aware that the actions of these men were extreme but does this case point to a deep unease amongst all communities? If you're Sikh would you want your children learning about Islam? Is you're Hindu, then the beliefs of Catholics? Or as a Muslim parent, would you object to your children learning about Judaism?
After 2- We have our medical guru Dr Pritpal Rupari for all your health questions, embarrassing or otherwise!
