Should you listen to the government or your body?
Nicky Campbell takes your calls on official advice on how much red meat we should eat, with guest nutritionist Amanda Ursell.
Nicky Campbell takes your calls on the day's big story.
The government say eating more than 70g of red meat per day is dangerous. That's about two slices of roast beef or three rashers of bacon.
But when it comes to food, does a one size fits all approach really work?

Isn't it up to us to decide what to eat? Who should you listen to, the government or your body?
Nicky is joined by guest nutritionist Amanda Ursell.
