Paul Abel, co-presenter of The Sky At Night, joins Shaun to celebrate the programme's 700th edition.

Shaun Keaveny takes a rib-tickling satirical romp through the day's news and events, to the perfect morning soundtrack for any music-lover; from northern soul to new folk; rock 'n' roll to indie disco. Matt Everitt is in the studio with the latest music news and Shaun is joined by Paul Abel the co-presenter of 'The Sky At Night' to celebrate the programmes 700th edition.

With a Mathematics degree and a PhD in Cosmology from the University of Sheffield under his belt, Paul has been co-presenting the 大象传媒's historic 'The Sky At Night' with Sir Patrick Moore since 2009. Paul is also a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and associate member of the Institute of Physics. He is currently an assistant director of the Saturn section of the British Astronomical Association. The programme has been discussing everything from comets to quasars since it's first airing in April 1957.Since then it has been presented by Sir Patrick Moore and has become the longest running programme with the same presenter in the television history.
