Should you have to declare at a job interview that you're planning to have a baby? Plus our guest panel join Nihal in the studio to play Guess the Story.
At 1, Should you have to declare that you're planning to have a baby at a job interview?
Lord Sugar says women should be upfront about their baby plans at job interviews so that employers can then concentrate on their real talents. He says it's wrong that employers can't ask female employees whether they're thinking about starting a family. Critics say women need protection - otherwise no one will employ them. But is it really an employers business whether you're trying to start a family? If you own a small business, have you been crippled by maternity pay and do you agree with Lord Sugar - should female employees be more upfront?
After 2, our guest panel join Nihal in the studio to play 'Guess The Story.' We put your news knowledge to the test - it's you against our panel.
