Nihal asks - are you a hypocrite if you're British Asian and against immigration? Plus he speaks to author Sita Brahmachari about her book Artichoke Hearts.

Nihal chairs the debate of the day. At 1, we're asking, 'Are you a hypocrite if you're British Asian and against immigration?'

A new survey by the anti racist organisation "Searchlight" has found that Asians are more likely to oppose immigration into the UK than any other group, even more than white people. Does this surprise you?

Do you have double standards if as British Asians you oppose new migrants coming to the country? Or do you think, they deserve the same opportunities that you had when you moved to the country in order to have a better lifestyle. We want your opinion on this, so pick up the phone and get in contact with us.

After 2, Nihal speaks to author Sita Brahmachari who has recently won Waterstone's children's book prize for her book Artichoke Hearts, inspired by her '60s babe of a mother-in-law.'.
