The first reports of the UN vote to approve sanctions against Libya. Plus the latest from the Christchurch earthquake and the Razzie awards, celebrating the worst in Hollywood.

The United Nations was voting about whether to take sanctions against Libya. Our correspondent in New York confirms the result of the vote live on air.

The UN is backing an arms embargo and asset freeze while referring Colonel Gaddafi to the International Criminal Court for alleged crimes against humanity.

Also on the programme, Maurice Walsh, a visiting fellow at Oxford University, gives us his reaction to the general election in Ireland. We speak in the final hour to John Hare, a worker involved in the Christchurch earthquake rescue, who agrees that many of the city's buildings will have to be demolished because they're so badly damaged.

There's fun in the first half hour as we look ahead to the Razzie awards - the traditional celebration of the worst films of the year. And after the New York hour, you vote for the latest song to be included on the Virtual Jukebox - with a lot of support for Ian Dury's Hit Me With Your Rhythm Stick.
