Barnsley by-election - we hear from the winner. Plus the LSE's Libya cash; US free speech and the Westboro Baptists; a seaside phone-in; and New Music guests Beady Eye and Slash.

We're live at the Barnsley by-election in the first hour of the programme, and speak to the winner, Dan Jarvis.
Libya: The director of the London School of Economics has resigned following revelations that the school accepted funding from embattled Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi. Conservative MP Robert Halfon criticises the university's judgement, and says more at LSE should go.
After the latest challenge to the power of the First Amendment right to free speech in the US, the Supreme Court has upheld the right of anti-gay protestors to picket military funerals. First Amendment expert and lawyer Floyd Abrams has argued numerous cases before the Supreme Court and explained the Amendment to us.
Also in hour two, we do like to be beside the seaside with our seaside phone-in. Travis Elborough, author of Wish You Were Here: England On Sea, discusses with callers whether south Wales, North Yorkshire or sunny Bournemouth offer the best experience for vistors.
Plus in the third hour, New Music with Jamie Stangroom. Slash tells us why the video for his new single featuring Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas is so raunchy, and discusses the addiction that dominated his life last year - Twitter. We also find out if he wears his hat in bed. Knowledge is power.
