Afternoon on 3 continues to celebrate the San Francisco Symphony in its Centenary season. Today's programme includes former Radio 3 New Generation Artist Ingrid Fliter as soloist in Chopin's 2nd Piano Concerto, and the orchestra is joined by mezzo-soprano Nancy Maultsby and the San Franciso Symphony Chorus for Prokofiev's Cantata Alexander Nevsky.
