Should the drinks industry take more responsibility for the problem of alcohol abuse? Six leading health organisations have pulled out of a new deal between the government and business because they say it's too vague and unenforceable. The voluntary code - to be announced on Tuesday - covers issues like promotions and labelling, aimed at tackling binge drinking. But critics say the industry is being allowed to dictate government policy. So what's the best way to cut alcohol abuse?
