As the UN agrees to a resolution to protect civilians in Libya, Dotun gets reaction from inside the country and from Dr Lawrence J. Korb, the former US Assistant Secretary of Defence under President Reagan.
The death toll continues to climb in Japan after the earthquake and tsunami but work is underway to try and make the nuclear reactors safe. A power cable is relaid to one of the reactors the Fukushima plant.
